Quality Engineer II

About the role

The Quality Engineer II will support manufacturing operations by identifying process defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. This on‑site role works closely with process owners to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and disposition non‑conforming material, scrap, and customer complaints.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and failure mode investigations.
• Review product and quality specifications, risk analyses, and FMEAs.
• Monitor critical process steps and support variation‑reduction initiatives.
• Participate in equipment and process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and new product transfers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, safe, and clean for analysis activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role.
• Green Belt certification is desirable.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
