Quality Control Specialist (Creative)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist (Creative) ensures that all creative and digital deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before they are released. Working on‑site at the Barreal office, you will act as the final quality gate, collaborating with producers, designers, developers and other creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, mobile experiences and other digital products.
• Identify, document and communicate visual, content, functional and technical defects with clear, actionable feedback.
• Validate assets across multiple formats and ensure they meet brand, client and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and mitigate delivery risks.
• Execute established QC processes, maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) for reading, writing and conversation.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, creative production review or digital production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, defect management and testing processes.
• Understanding of creative asset specifications, file formats and export settings.
