Python/Django Software Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python/Django Software Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely on U.S. client projects across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing product development.
• Design, build, and scale distributed systems using Python and Django.
• Develop and maintain APIs and service‑to‑service integrations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
• Work with AWS services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
