About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team and enhance a mission‑critical financial billing ERP system. The role is hybrid, based in Heredia, Costa Rica, and focuses on delivering robust backend logic, data integrity, and system reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Work on a financial billing ERP platform with emphasis on accuracy, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of professional backend development experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of system design, API development, and database optimization.
- Proven experience on large‑scale, mission‑critical applications.
- Experience with financial or billing systems is a strong advantage.
