Project Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Project Technician to support manufacturing and engineering projects. The role involves assisting with equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and documentation while working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Assist with equipment validation activities (IQ/OQ/TMV) and create/execute test protocols.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Support engineering changes, line transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Release and maintain project documentation in company systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to root‑cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Required profile

• Technical Certificate or Technical Degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, or related areas.
• Background in mechanics, electromechanics, industrial engineering, biomedical engineering, or production/quality systems.
• Basic understanding of GMP, documentation practices, and quality systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, English proficiency.
