Project Manager – Technology Projects (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead technology projects for our Costa Rica office. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with clients, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Plan activities, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates.
• Support testing activities, validate deliverables, and ensure quality compliance.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and essential documentation.
• Handle technical and functional inquiries, training users on platforms and systems.
• Facilitate team coordination and support decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Final‑semester student (6th‑10th semester) or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• English level B2+; Portuguese and/or French a plus.

• Knowledge of technological infrastructure.
• ERP knowledge.
• Software development knowledge.
