Project Manager (Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our technology company’s Costa Rica office. The role involves leading and coordinating technology projects for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with clients, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Plan activities, create schedules, and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and validate deliverables.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and essential documentation.
• Handle technical and functional inquiries, providing timely solutions.
• Train users on platforms and systems.
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance.
• Coordinate the project team and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Final‑semester student (6th to 10th semester) or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• English level B2+ and French level B2+.
• Customer‑service orientation and leadership potential.

Required skills

• Knowledge of technological infrastructure.
• ERP knowledge.
• Software development knowledge.
• Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner knowledge.
• Agile certifications or experience.
