Project Manager I

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Project Manager I to support planning, coordination and execution of divisional projects across its global operations. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop schedules, track deliverables and ensure projects stay aligned with timelines and objectives. This is a defined‑term position expected to conclude by mid‑2028 and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and track detailed project schedules, milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
• Coordinate activities across Research & Development, Marketing, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Operations.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, resource constraints and potential delays; escalate issues as needed.
• Support project planning, including timeline development, resource planning and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Consolidate inputs from team members and stakeholders to keep accurate status reports.
• Track project metrics, deliverables and dependencies to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist in resource management by tracking team capacity, assignments and workload.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities to document actions and follow‑up.
• Willingness to work onsite at a local Boston Scientific office at least three days per week.
