Project Management Specialist – Design Studios

About the role

As a Project Management Specialist in BCG’s Global Design Studios, you will work with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams to deliver design projects from concept to completion. You will ensure projects are scoped, staffed, executed and closed out efficiently, leveraging AI‑enabled tools to boost consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, senior stakeholders and global BCG members to manage end‑to‑end design projects.
• Define project scope, staffing plans, kickoff activities and production schedules.
• Monitor budgets, risks, deadlines and iteration cycles, and adjust plans as needed.
• Source and allocate internal and external resources, set up project logistics and documentation.
• Implement AI‑enabled ways of working to improve project‑management efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of project‑management experience in creative, digital, marketing, product or professional‑services environments.
• Strong command of delivery tools such as Jira and collaborative platforms.
• Comfort with managing budgets, timelines, feedback cycles and stakeholder expectations.
• Interest in AI‑enabled workflows and continuous improvement.
• Excellent judgment, reliability, attention to detail and fluent English communication.
