Project Financial Controller

About the role

The Project Financial Controller works closely with the Project Manager and Account Director to ensure financial governance across projects. This strategic partner drives budgeting, forecasting and profitability while mitigating financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full financial cycle of projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, baseline forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide deep‑dive financial performance insights to project leadership.
• Oversee account operational metrics, manage cash flow, collection performance and conduct gap analysis to align operations with financial targets.
• Analyze client financial statements to identify credit risks, weaknesses and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build data‑driven financial models that optimize commercial bids and support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Accounting.
• Fluent English; Spanish and Chinese are a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting, international commerce and financial statement analysis.
