Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver architectural projects from concept through construction. You will combine innovative design thinking with practical technical solutions while ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including documentation setup, construction administration, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to guarantee delivery of architectural and technical aspects.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues during document preparation and construction.
• Prepare accurate technical documents, RFIs, and value‑engineering proposals.
• Oversee construction administration, quality control, submittal reviews, and site inspections.
• Produce architectural drawings and ensure full coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and civil consultants.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, regulatory agencies, and permitting officials.
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and construction‑administration software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of national and international building codes and construction standards.
• Experience with mid‑scale to large projects and the full project lifecycle, including post‑occupancy.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
