Program Manager, Communications Quality & Builder Success

About the role

Amazon’s Partner Outbound Communications (POC) team is looking for a Program Manager to lead initiatives that improve the quality of communications sent to Selling Partners across email, web notifications, SMS, and mobile push. You will ensure messages are defect‑free, consistent, and thoughtful, shaping the experience of millions of partners daily.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee that all outbound content is high‑quality, relevant, and free of defects.
• Develop and enforce internal content quality policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, resolve, and scale defect remediation.
• Implement data‑driven processes to monitor and improve communication performance.
• Leverage communications platform technologies and analytics tools to support quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving communications quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in content authoring, editing, and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ability to create and enforce content standards and QA processes.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional environments with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
