About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator for Shift A to perform assembly duties on production lines, ensuring high quality and cleanliness in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties in one or more cells or production lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
- Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
- Wear proper attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions of the leader or supervisor and comply with company behavior policies.
- Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management.
Required profile
- Fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention and precision to detail.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience in production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Work with hand tools.
- Experience with computerized control equipment.
