Production Operator – MPVS TB

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on assembly tasks within one or more production cells, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties in designated cells or production lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning your workstation daily.
• Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
• Wear appropriate attire, which may include uniforms and clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from leaders or supervisors and perform additional tasks as required.
• Comply with company behavior policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines.
• Desirable experience in manual assembly and knowledge of assembly procedures.
• Ability to work with hand tools and computerized control equipment.
