Production Operator III – Full-time, Mon-Fri 6am-3:36pm

About the role

Viant is seeking a Production Operator III to work on the manufacturing floor, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:36 pm. The role supports the production of medical devices in a regulated clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and departmental work instructions.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance and safety activities according to established protocols.
• Review and maintain documentation such as Device History Records (DHR).
• Train fellow operators on product specifications and compliance.
• Use internal systems (ERP, Master Control) for consumption tracking, posting and inventory support.
• Participate in company programs including OPEX, health and safety initiatives.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum ninth‑grade education.
• Fluent Spanish reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a medical‑device or clean‑room manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with FDA‑regulated, ISO 13485 and CFR 820 CGMP standards is preferred.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lb, stand, sit and use hands extensively.
