Product Manager II – Store Operations

About the role

The Product Manager II (Store Operations) will own the end‑to‑end management of a defined product area within the store operations domain. Working closely with senior product managers, the role focuses on gathering customer insights, shaping the product roadmap, and driving data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product management fundamentals for a sub‑category, including customer research, cohort analysis, and retention studies.
• Synthesize feedback and data from marketing, category, and business teams to define problem statements and prioritize opportunities.
• Support product vision and strategy by providing data‑driven input for roadmap planning and technology requirements.
• Assist throughout the product lifecycle—definition, scope, timeline, and launch—by completing assigned development activities and communicating requirements to cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and escalate risks that could impact delivery, ensuring alignment with senior product managers.
• Gather and analyze performance data, measuring adoption, conversion, and other key metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting product, cohort, and retention research.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and quantitative data into clear problem statements and roadmap items.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical requirements to business, engineering, and cross‑functional partners.
• Proactive attitude toward risk identification and issue escalation.
