About the role
As a Procurement Officer in Newmont’s Global Delivery Center, you will ensure accurate preparation, processing, and delivery of purchase orders to support the company’s procurement operations. Your focus on data integrity and compliance will help streamline processes and maintain high standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Maintain required documentation and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts, and requisitions.
- Address and report data quality queries.
- Verify accuracy of data before submitting for approval.
- Support process changes and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Assist with internal and external audit activities.
Required profile
- Technical qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Foundational knowledge of ERP/SAP procurement modules and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of procurement, payment, and compliance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
