Process Improvement Consultant IV

About the role

The Process Improvement Consultant IV leads and sustains continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and process owners, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain process improvement engagements, including Kaizen events.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop process architecture, maps, metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses.
• Facilitate change‑management activities and coach teams to embed a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, monitor project priorities, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and promote self‑development within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into process enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
