About the role
The Pro Shop Attendant will provide exceptional customer service to golf and racquet players at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. Working in a dynamic, luxury environment, you will support the smooth operation of the pro shop, handling sales, reservations, and maintaining an inviting presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with product inquiries, sales, and equipment rentals.
- Manage tee‑time and court reservations efficiently.
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and visual standards of the shop.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Collaborate with the resort team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reservations.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
