Principal System Support Specialist

About the role

Join DHL IT Services as a Principal System Support Specialist and lead advanced Level 2/3 support for cloud‑based Identity & Access Management platforms, primarily Microsoft Entra ID. You will ensure high availability, security, and compliance across enterprise, external, and Government Cloud tenants while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert‑level support for Microsoft Entra ID environments, including B2B/B2C and Government Cloud tenants.
• Identify service gaps, guide remediation, and implement security best‑practice improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex cloud identity and access issues to minimize business disruption.
• Support identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and governance controls across multiple tenants.
• Configure and maintain modern authentication mechanisms such as SSO, conditional access, MFA, and federation.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or C# to streamline identity operations.
• Ensure adherence to zero‑trust principles, security baselines, and regulatory requirements, especially for Government Cloud.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and infrastructure teams to integrate secure identity solutions.
• Monitor IAM service metrics, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and proactively address risks.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD environments at scale.
