Power and Mechanical Infrastructure Engineer – Intermediate

About the role

As a Power and Mechanical Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for the health and performance of CR GBS’s mission-critical facilities, including server rooms, IDFs, HVAC, UPS and generators. You will lead maintenance planning, coordinate technical teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and monitor all maintenance and technical activities for the CR GBS building.
• Act as the primary liaison between employees, contractors, maintenance staff and vendors, providing engineering and administrative support.
• Manage daily work orders, dispatch requests to technical staff and verify corrective actions.
• Resolve building-service issues ranging from workstations and parking to equipment and fixtures.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for emergency response, property risk inspections and fire-fighter coordination.
• Support Environmental, Health and Safety programs, including emergency brigades, recycling, waste reduction and ergonomics.
• Maintain and update the corporate facility management software independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in real-estate property or facility management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience using facility management software.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Understanding of UPS and generator operations.
