Post Market Quality Specialist 2

About the role

We are looking for a Post Market Quality Specialist to support the quality performance of our medical-device portfolio after it reaches the market. The specialist will be assigned to a specific business unit – for example breast screening, breast biopsy, surgery or skeletal health – and will act as the quality partner for those products throughout their lifecycle in the field. The role involves continuous monitoring of field performance and driving quality improvements based on real-world data, working closely with product development, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure safety and performance standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse post‑market quality data and complaint trends for the assigned business unit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate field issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of product performance and regulatory compliance after launch.
• Provide quality insights to support product improvements and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Background in post‑market quality activities within a medical‑device environment.
• Experience handling product complaints and trend analysis.
• Ability to work closely with product, engineering and regulatory teams.
