Plumbing BIM Specialist

About the role

The Plumbing BIM Specialist joins Power Design’s pre‑construction team to create accurate, cost‑effective plumbing designs for large‑scale projects. Working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment, the specialist collaborates closely with engineers, project managers and designers to deliver high‑quality BIM deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and refine plumbing design plans using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) to meet project milestones.
• Prepare and manage external references (xrefs) such as architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure drawings are aligned with cost and schedule targets.
• Maintain compliance with local and national plumbing codes throughout the design process.

Required profile

• At least two years of CADD experience, preferably with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• General plumbing knowledge and familiarity with relevant codes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• US visa eligibility is a plus for travel related to onboarding and training.
