PingOne Developer / IAM Developer

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a hands‑on PingOne Developer to design, build, and support scalable Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. You will create authentication and orchestration workflows from scratch, ensuring secure, seamless experiences for customers, partners, and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy CIAM solutions using PingOne DaVinci.
• Build custom authentication, registration, onboarding, and user‑journey workflows.
• Configure and support PingOne components: PingOne, Ping Directory, Ping SSO, and Ping MFA.
• Develop API integrations and custom connectors between identity platforms and business applications.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation, and identity issues in production.
• Analyze SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect flows and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, security engineering, or software development.
• Proven hands‑on experience developing solutions within PingOne.
• Strong background in troubleshooting authentication, federation, and IAM‑related issues.
