People Experience Generalist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The People Experience Generalist will support a global organization by delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle. This 1‑year contract role focuses on onboarding, engagement, communications, compliance, learning, and employee relations while ensuring HR operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and integration programs.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
• Organise employee events and produce HR communications, newsletters, and updates.
• Administer HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and act as primary contact for HR inquiries.
• Manage lifecycle processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, personnel administration, and data management.
• Oversee mandatory learning programs, training compliance, and HR metrics reporting.
• Support strategic projects including employee journey improvements, people analytics, and talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, HR Coordination or as an HR Generalist.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
