About the role
The Payroll Operations Analyst supports accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely information across financial systems while providing high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure document quality through rigorous controls and systematic checks.
- Provide dispute resolution and handle ad‑hoc inquiries requiring detailed investigation.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding investigations and system updates.
- Perform accounting‑related activities and prepare SAP reports and mass data upload templates.
- Compare source information with uploaded data to guarantee accuracy.
- Suggest ideas for continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting modules in SAP or similar systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or payroll processes.
