About the role

Join Deinsa Global’s internal agency, La Plaza Digital, as a Media Strategy Intern. Under the mentorship of international experts, you will take part in creating, automating and executing digital campaigns while collaborating closely with design, content and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital marketing, content and experience campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and develop buyer personas to strengthen brand positioning.
• Identify and qualify potential leads for integration with the DELPHOS platform.
• Assist in managing the CRM and social media accounts for Deinsa Global’s group of companies.
• Manage digital and commercial projects that enhance marketing automation and communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and manuals.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• High‑performing students or recent graduates in Digital Marketing, Social Communication or related fields, with an emphasis on digital advertising and analytics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social‑media advertising strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
