Part‑Time Auxiliary (Customer Service)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Auxiliary to join our customer‑facing team in San Jose. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service to passengers and guests, handling cash transactions, preparing food items and supporting overall service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous assistance throughout their visit.
• Operate the cash register, process payments and maintain accurate cash drawers.
• Perform basic food preparation and ensure items are presented according to standards.
• Assist the service team with general duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Apply food‑safety regulations to guarantee a safe environment for guests.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude and ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong focus on quality, discipline and teamwork.
• Basic literacy in Spanish and English preferred.
