Packaging Project Manager (Food/Beverage Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Packaging Project Manager to lead creative initiatives within a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. You will bring structure, visibility, and operational excellence to the packaging design process, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final release.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflows for creative projects, from intake and briefing through delivery and release.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Administer project management platforms such as Monday.com to provide visibility across all creative workstreams.
• Facilitate daily check‑ins, weekly stand‑ups, and project review meetings.
• Coordinate packaging graphics projects, including briefing, approval workflows, revision cycles, and mechanical release.
• Liaise with product, R&D, operations, print vendors, and external suppliers to align creative timelines with production needs.
• Conduct final quality reviews and digital asset checks before launch.
• Monitor performance, resource utilization, and recommend workflow enhancements or automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience working directly with creative teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across marketing, brand, product, and operations.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
