About the role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive product adoption and revenue growth among SMB merchants. In this high‑volume, phone‑focused role you will prospect, engage and close decision‑makers on Ads, Promos & Loyalty, and Menu Photos solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute heavy outbound phone outreach daily to generate and close store‑level opportunities.
- Maintain a large call volume while delivering consultative, high‑quality conversations.
- Own weekly quotas across multiple growth products and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow‑up.
- Identify and sell bundled, multi‑product solutions to merchants.
- Accurately track outreach, pipeline and closed‑won activity in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly activity targets such as dials, talk time and closed‑won opportunities.
- Leverage tools like Google Sheets/Excel and outbound dialers (e.g., Dialpad, Outreach) to maximize productivity.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales, preferably in a phone‑heavy environment with weekly quotas.
- Proven ability to manage high outbound volume while maintaining quality conversations.
- Data‑driven mindset with resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven setting.
- Fluent English speaking to US‑based customers.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) usage.
- Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with outbound dialing tools such as Dialpad or Outreach.
