About the role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our specialist team in San José, Costa Rica. In this permanent, hybrid position you will ensure smooth daily operations and drive continuous development of digital cross‑channel marketing services for global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily team operations, workload distribution and resource allocation.
- Manage quality‑control processes, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Review client feedback, status updates and identify development opportunities.
- Lead people‑management activities including recruitment, onboarding, staff development and PTO management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support Local, Regional and Global Operations Directors on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on project progress, forecasting, budgeting and client development.

- Able to spot new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
