Operations Associate

About the role

The Operations Associate will serve as the primary point of entry for all customer inquiries and case handling across multiple business functions, ensuring timely and accurate support for credit, underwriting, onboarding, invoicing, and cash application processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and route email and call cases related to credit line requests, underwriting, and status updates.
• Provide customer service support for onboarding activities, validation calls, special projects, and card issuance.
• Manage invoice-related queries, including authorizations, billing management, and invoice processing.
• Handle disputes, account changes, merchant reimbursements, and web/portal activities.
• Support cash application and accounts receivable functions by guiding end‑users on payment application and conducting research.
• Assist with process and system governance by addressing system issues, notices, and spam.
• Escalate issues according to the Procedures Manual and SLA requirements.
