About the role
CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company, is looking for a Production Operator to join its Costa Rica manufacturing site. The role involves assembling medical devices used in fertility and minimally invasive surgery, ensuring high quality and compliance with clean‑room standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production lines or cells.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, including daily station cleaning.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and clean‑room attire requirements.
- Adhere to supervisor directions and company behavior policies.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly.
- Use of hand tools.
- Operation of computerized control equipment.
