About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to assemble and package finished products using sub‑assemblies and components, following established procedures and methods. The role involves working on production lines or cells in a clean, organized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties in one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and safety guidelines for all products.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room clothing as required.
- Follow directions from leaders or supervisors and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Comply with company behavior and conduct policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
- Manual assembly experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
Required skills
- Use of hand tools.
- Operation of computerized control equipment.
