About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. The role ensures that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety, and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and comply with governmental food‑safety regulations.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow established procedures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling standards.
