MQ Technician IV

About the role

We are looking for an MQ Technician IV to provide high-quality technical support to our manufacturing operations. The role ensures that all processes comply with established procedures, specifications, regulatory requirements and the Quality Management System, while actively contributing to problem investigation and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality support to assigned manufacturing lines, verifying compliance at each production stage.
• Execute quality activities according to documented procedures, specifications and regulatory standards.
• Identify, document and communicate any conditions that could jeopardize product or process quality.
• Collect evidence and assist in investigations of quality incidents, including containment and corrective actions.
• Review and maintain process documentation, records and quality system entries.
• Participate in internal audits, deviation handling and corrective-action follow-up.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and other functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent training in Quality, Production, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ability to interpret procedures, specifications and technical documentation.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle floor conflicts.
• Effective communication and teamwork orientation.
