Mid Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to translate high‑level product requirements into user‑centered experiences for our sportsbook and gaming platforms. You will work closely with product, development, and business teams to shape the product vision and create scalable design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product requirements and turn them into clear UX solutions.
• Conduct discovery activities such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, and UX research.
• Propose new features and improvements to drive product innovation.
• Convert wireframes into high‑fidelity mockups and pixel‑perfect UI.
• Ensure designs follow the design system, brand standards, and are responsive across devices.
• Build, manage, and evolve the Design System for consistency and adoption.
• Collaborate with developers to guarantee smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX principles combined with excellent visual design sense.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive experiences.
• Experience conducting benchmarking, competitive research, and UX analysis.
• Strategic thinker who designs for today while anticipating future needs.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
