Mid-Level DevOps Engineer (Remote, Costa Rica)

About the role

Trax Technologies is looking for a Mid‑Level DevOps Engineer to join its remote team while residing in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will help build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our cloud‑based logistics platform, enabling seamless freight invoice audit and payment processing worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code and monitoring solutions.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Work with container technologies (Docker) and basic container orchestration.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Address scalability, resilience and reliability challenges across multi‑cloud environments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with infrastructure automation and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software lifecycle practices (CI, CD, DevOps).
