MDM Sales Manager – Costa Rica & Mexico

About the role

Sterimed is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its MDM business unit to drive growth across Costa Rica and the surrounding areas of Mexico City. This remote position focuses on selling medical packaging solutions to medical device manufacturers while expanding an existing customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and close profitable orders in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect actively to identify commercial opportunities.
• Support product validation projects in coordination with customers and technical teams.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop annual sales forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
• Travel regularly within Costa Rica, Mexico City area, and occasionally abroad for seminars and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven prospecting and closing abilities.
• Collaborative, transparent team player comfortable in a multicultural, cross‑border environment.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to build reliable sales forecasts.
• Willingness to travel frequently and deliver results in a dynamic international setting.
