About the role

The Material Handler Warehouse I is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and safely moving customer products within the facility. This physically demanding position supports receiving, storage, and shipment processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, identify, label, and store products in the shipping and receiving area, then transfer to unprocessed storage.
• Retrieve products from processed storage and prepare them for shipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment used for product movement, perform minor repairs, and report major issues.
• Review receiving and shipping documentation, correct discrepancies, and document product movement.
• Process products according to specifications after appropriate training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and support production functions as needed.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
• Navigate defined computer screens and systems.
• Above‑average organizational and analytical skills with basic arithmetic abilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing duties.
