Marketing Specialist Lead – Alliance Marketing

About the role

If you’re a marketer, creative, communicator, storyteller, or strategist, Deloitte’s full‑service Marketing, Brand & Communications organization is looking for a specialist lead to drive alliance marketing initiatives. In this role you will help shape go‑to‑market programs with alliance partners, turning big ideas into measurable business growth. You will work in a collaborative, diverse team that values cultural trends, technology, and innovative thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integrated strategic marketing and communications activities across traditional and innovative channels.
• Develop channel activation plans, client‑targeting strategies and customer‑journey maps to broaden awareness and generate leads.
• Make recommendations on content strategy, creation and deployment, including derivative assets such as videos, podcasts and client stories.
• Review and ensure quality of creative assets against standards and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics as needed, and produce post‑campaign ROI analysis and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive “can‑do” mentality with the ability to present ideas and influence leaders.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a global professional‑services firm.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Workfront (project‑management platform) and familiarity with Agile methodology.
