Marketing Manager – Amazon Fresh Grocery Support

About the role

Amazon Fresh is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience across both digital and physical retail channels. You will act as a bridge between US stakeholders and Amazon Fresh customers, ensuring seamless, engaging experiences at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and retain Fresh customers.
• Manage cross‑channel tactics and measurement aligned with team goals.
• Develop and launch campaigns that boost visibility and sales of grocery offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on objectives and execution.
• Create clear documentation for initiative performance and status reporting.
• Support the creation and optimization of marketing materials and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to execute and measure marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with grocery retail or food categories (preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems (preferred).
