Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing & Design Specialist to develop marketing materials, website content, sales collateral, and support brand initiatives. The role works closely with the National Accounts Manager and Sales Team in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, product sheets, labels, and promotional assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and organize design templates.
• Update website content, product information, and images; assist with design improvements.
• Create and schedule social‑media content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Produce marketing and sales support materials for presentations, proposals, and product launches.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing, production, and event collateral.
• Maintain marketing databases, track inventory of promotional items, and prepare reports using Excel.
• Support trade‑show preparation, including banners, giveaways, and logistics.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing support, or content creation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
