Marine Travel Consultant (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

The Marine Travel Consultant provides end‑to‑end travel support for crew and business customers in the media and entertainment sector. Working remotely or in a hybrid model, you will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries across phone, email and other channels while delivering exceptional service and up‑selling relevant travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Search, confirm and manage travel reservations for customers.
• Handle crew movements, rotations and disruption management.
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties and visa requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and give undivided attention.
• Collaborate with team members across regions and meet individual and team goals.
• Manage travel arrangements through multiple channels and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in crew movement and disruption handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a global, multi‑regional setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
