Manufacturing Engineer II – Shift C

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our production team on Shift C. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, safety, and process efficiency within a medical manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality policies, systems and procedures that impact patient safety and product quality.
• Monitor and improve product quality indicators, ergonomic safety, and process performance (efficiency, yield).
• Perform data analysis to support corrective and preventive actions and demonstrate their effectiveness.
• Plan and execute technical projects, coordinating resources, timelines, documentation and cross‑functional teams.
• Support root‑cause investigations and resolution of production issues.
• Participate in design, development, installation, validation and qualification of equipment or processes, including feasibility studies and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to develop, install and qualify new or improved processes.
• Research and implement cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate on calibration system maintenance, drawing control and documentation.
• Collect, analyze and present production data for meetings, business plans and key performance indicators.
• Plan activities, control expenses, attend meetings and prepare monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific or technical discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in an engineering, scientific or technical role within the medical industry.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Availability to work Shift C.
