Manager, Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA)

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Manager to lead high‑impact consulting projects across the Central American and Caribbean (CARCAM) region. The role focuses on expanding Visa’s acceptance footprint by delivering tailored solutions for merchants, issuers, acquirers and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of issuing, commercial and government solutions for CARCAM accounts and regional multinational clients.
• Execute VCA’s regional strategy, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
• Coordinate acceptance activities with internal Merchant Sales and Acquiring teams based on consulting recommendations.
• Drive consulting engagements from opportunity identification through scoping, execution and closure.
• Maintain a pipeline of client work, nurturing relationships and acting as a trusted partner to account executives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional peers (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and global regional teams to deliver integrated projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting or analytics projects in the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Central American and Caribbean market dynamics.
• Ability to work closely with sales, merchant and acquiring teams to translate recommendations into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
