Manager, Value Capture & Strategic Storytelling

About the role

The Manager, Value Capture & Strategic Storytelling leads the process of capturing, analysing and communicating the value generated by Deloitte Greenhouse programs. This role turns quantitative results and qualitative outcomes into credible ROI reporting, executive‑ready insights and compelling stories that demonstrate impact to leaders and the broader market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value storytelling across a portfolio of programs, labs, events and strategic initiatives, evaluating data quality and recommending measurement improvements.
• Own the end‑to‑end follow‑up and data collection process, engaging account teams and stakeholders to gather outcomes, validate data and synthesize findings.
• Identify high‑value examples, craft concise narratives and case studies, and maintain a repository of approved stories and proof points.
• Partner with Marketing and Internal Communications to amplify relevant stories and provide strategic input for campaigns and leadership communications.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in value realization, analytics, program management, strategic communications or related fields.
• Strong business judgment, analytical synthesis skills and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent business writing, editing and storyboarding capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in a matrixed environment and manage senior‑level stakeholder relationships.
