Luxury Travel Agent / VIP Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Agent / VIP Experience Coordinator to design and manage high‑end travel experiences for our clients in Costa Rica. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with local partners and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate luxury travel experiences, private tours, retreats, and curated journeys across Costa Rica.
• Communicate with clients, hotels, private villas, transportation providers, guides, and partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Manage reservations, schedules, itineraries, and guest requests with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide VIP client support and concierge‑level communication.
• Participate occasionally in property inspections, familiarisation tours, and on‑site experience evaluations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a travel agent, luxury travel coordinator, or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end tourism is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for client coordination.
• Experience using online booking and reservation platforms.
