Logistics Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join a client in the international logistics and freight forwarding sector. The role assists the sales team by preparing freight quotations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining communication with customers and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the sales team.
• Prepare and follow up on ocean and air freight quotations.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding logistics services and shipping rates.
• Ensure timely communication between internal teams and customers.
• Assist in managing sales pipelines and follow‑up on pending opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or international shipping.
• Knowledge of ocean and air freight operations.
• Familiarity with freight quotations, shipping rates and logistics documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
