Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager to own and operate our email and SMS marketing engine across two brands. The role is fully remote, serving the Central America and LATAM region, and works closely with the EVP to translate creative direction into high‑performing campaigns that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own ActiveCampaign end‑to‑end: manage lists, segments, automations, builds, CRM tagging, webhooks, and sends.
• Design, build, and maintain nurture and lifecycle automation sequences, including drip campaigns and event registration flows.
• Protect deliverability by handling domain authentication, DNS configuration, seed‑email setup, and inbox warm‑ups (Inbox Ally) across multiple domains.
• Capture, route, and nurture every lead from events, ensuring consent compliance and proper CRM integration.
• Run SMS/text campaigns and manage subscription lists, imports, and segmentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Proven track record of maintaining high deliverability rates (open rates >35%).
• Experience working in a remote, fast‑paced environment serving multiple time zones.
